Presentations from thematic workshop on 'Financial Instruments for the Low-Carbon Economy'!

The Policy Learning Platform was hosting a thematic workshop on 'Financial Instruments for the Low-Carbon Economy' in Brussels on 20 June 2019.
During this one-day workshop thematic experts Katharina Krell and Simon Hunkin from Low-carbon economy provided knowledge and exchange of experience in the area of financing options for large-scale energy efficiency refurbishments and other low-carbon economy investments.
Participants had the chance to hear about the latest developments regarding financial instruments (FI) at EU level and examine setups for diverse types of financial instruments such as soft loans, guarantee schemes and revolving funds.
